DIRECTIONS Use once. Apply to wet hair. Work into a light lather, rinse thoroughly with tepid water. Repeat. For excessive build-up, leave lather on for 3-5 minutes. Rinse well.FREQUENCY Initial use only prior to other products. Store away thereafter.
DIRECTIONS Apply to wet hair. Work into a light lather, rinse thoroughly with tepid water. Repeat if needed. FREQUENCY 1-2 times per week.
DIRECTIONS Apply a generous amount to wet hair. Allow conditioner to penetrate for 3-5 minutes and rinse with tepid water. FREQUENCY Use regularly 3-4 times per week. See 'Co-Washing' on Know Your Curls page for more info.
DIRECTIONS Apply liberally onto your palm and distribute evenly through wet hair and scalp, using your finger tips or a wide toothed comb. Gently detangle the curls. Style hair as usual. Use either with Conditioning Oil, or on its own. FREQUENCY After washing, as moisture is required. 
DIRECTIONS Apply a small amount of this oil to wet curly hair after washing, starting from ends, before styling. Use either with Hydrating Mousse, or on its own. FREQUENCY After washing as a moisture sealant as required

Suggested Routines

Curl Type:

  • Medium Texture
  • Medium - low Density
  • Normal porosity with good elasticity
  • Short length

Suggested 3 step routine:

  • Once to twice a week use the Conditioning Cleanser & Moisturising Rinse together. Use also Conditioning Oil on these days, finger comb through wet hair.
  • Co-Washing- for inbetween days, use Moisturising Rinse to clean and hydrate hair
  • Use Hydrating Mousse daily on wet or dry hair

Good to know:

  • Prior to going to the beach, apply a generous amount of mousse to the hair. Illawarra flame tree is a natural sunscreen. Plus oil, if you will be spending alot of time in the surf.

  • Medium Density
  • Normal porosity with good elasticity
  • Short to medium length hair

Suggested 3 step routine:

  • Once to twice a week use Conditioning Cleanser & Moisturising Rinse together
  • Co-Washing- for inbetween days, use Moisturising Rinse to clean and hydrate hair
  • Use Hydrating Mousse &/or Conditioning Oil as needed, on wet or dry hair

Good to know:

  • For great curl definition, apply a generous amount of mousse to saturated hair and let air dry .

Curl Type:

  • Fine Texture
  • Thin Density
  • Low porosity with good elasticity
  • Medium length hair

Suggested 3 step routine:

  • Once to twice a week use conditioning cleansers and moisturising rinse together
  • Co-Washing- for inbetween days, use Moisturising Rinse to clean and hydrate hair
  • Use moisturising mousse 1-2 times a week while hair is still wet

Good to know:

  • Use oil prior to swimming in the pool or beach. This will help form a protective seal around the curls preventing moisture loss from chlorine or salt water.

  • Normal porosity with good elasticity
  • Medium length hair

Suggested 3 step routine:

  • Once to twice a week use the Conditioning Cleanser & Moisturising Rinse together. Use also Conditioning Oil on these days, finger comb through wet hair.
  • Co-Washing- for inbetween days, use Moisturising Rinse to clean and hydrate hair
  • Use moisturising mousse daily on wet hair

Good to know:

  • Prior to outdoor sports apply moisturising . Heat from the scalp will help open hair cuticles, enabling hair and scalp to be nourished and moisturised.

  • Medium - long length hair

Suggested 3 step routine:

  • Once to twice a week use conditioning cleansers and moisturising rinse together
  • Co-Washing- for inbetween days, use Moisturising Rinse to clean and hydrate hair
  • Use moisturising mousse daily on wet hair

Good to know:

  • Twice a month deep condition curls with oil and wrap with warm towel then rinse with moisturising rinse.
  • After a day at the beach, apply oil to the ends of the hair
